Our customer is a large building materials group in South America. Its tile adhesives often fail to bond due to excessive water absorption in the rainy season. They urgently need a functional additive that can improve water resistance and adjust the setting time.
We provided Hao Shuo's HPMC water-resistant enhanced product. Tests show that after adding it, the water absorption of the adhesive is reduced by 35%, and it can still maintain strong adhesion for 24 hours on a wet base surface, and the opening time can be flexibly adjusted according to construction needs.
The customer promoted it as a standard formula to the entire South American market, and the project complaint rate dropped by 60%, and it was recommended and certified by the local construction association.
