One of our customers is a leading dry-mixed mortar supplier in the Middle East, focusing on the production of exterior wall insulation mortar in high-temperature environments. Its products often evaporate quickly due to high temperatures, resulting in decreased adhesion and poor construction performance.
We provided Hao Shuo's HPMC high water retention solution. Tests show that Hao Shuo's HPMC can still effectively lock in moisture at 45°C, extending the mortar's operable time to more than 2 hours, while increasing the mortar's bonding strength to the substrate by 20%.
The customer incorporated HPMC into the core formula, and the product was successfully applied to multiple large-scale infrastructure projects, and achieved a year-on-year increase in export volume of 25%.
