One of Haoshuo's Nigerian customers is a large building materials company that focuses on the production of economical masonry mortars. However, the local rainy season is long, and the high water absorption of the mortar leads to frequent bonding failures and serious construction delays.
Haoshuo recommends water-resistant enhanced HPMC, which reduces the water absorption of the material through surface cross-linking modification technology and prolongs the open time of the mortar. Laboratory tests show that after addition, the mortar can still maintain 48 hours of bonding strength in a saturated humidity environment, and the water absorption rate is reduced by 40%.
After the customer incorporated HPMC into the formula, the complaint rate of rainy season construction decreased by 70%, and the on-time delivery rate of the project increased to 95%. Its products have passed the Nigerian national building standard certification and successfully won bids for multiple government infrastructure projects.
"Hao Shuo's HPMC completely solves the problem of mortar bonding in the rainy season. Our construction efficiency has doubled, and our market share has increased by 12% in one month!"

Whether you are carrying out small repairs or building walls, knowing how to mix the mortar needs to be precise. If the mortar is too dry, the blocks will not stick together properly. If it is too wet, flowing mortar can spill out of the joints, resulting in wasted time and materials for clean-up.
